I drink kombucha for digestion, but also as an alternative to soda and alcohol. It’s a wonderful, festive drink full of probiotics! Manuel and Ragna make a very good kombucha, with exotic flavors where they use Icelandic ingredients. The crowberry flavor is my favourite.
